It's nice! March 9, 2010 Randall D. Alewine (Wisconsin) I haven't had a single thing to complain about it...excellent price for an excellent product!
Should have bought 2 more... March 6, 2010 G. Szczublewski (ohio, usa) what can i say... for the price of $400, i got what i wanted and then some. It is in 1080p. it has varying resolution settings. I can turn off the back-lit Toshiba logo (it is all the way left on the main menu). it has the necessary inputs and outputs (3 hdmi, 1 vga, Composite, 2 component w/ s-video option). I should have bought one for our upstairs desktop and for our guest bedroom. I have had no issues connecting a myriad of devices (lappys, cameras, satellite, gaming systems). My three biggest gripes are: 1. it is only a 60hertz refresh rate, not a 120 or 240 (hence the $400, not $800) 2. i still cannot discern any difference in using the "game mode" setting and not using it. With the game mode setting i actually think i see more ghosting than without it 3. It is a CFL back lit LCD, not an LED side/back lit LCD. i hope that if my bulb fails it is within the 1 yr warranty, because the bulb might cost $200 to replace.
I would make this purchase again if given the opportunity.
i will caution those that want this for a regular desktop that it may be too large a screen size for a shallow desk. I would only consider a maximum of 27" if you have to sit close.
Very pleased March 5, 2010 M. Zehnder (Nevada) Great item. Arrived in good shape and in good time. All in all very happy.
Toshiba TV March 5, 2010 Scott A. Bell Nice set, just not the best picture. I have a panasonic plasma 40 inch with a great picture. That is what I am using for comparison.
Great pic in a 32" hdtv March 4, 2010 Dorothy E. Gastman (RUTLAND, VT, US) I am very pleased with this Toshiba hdtv. It's just the right size for my den. I have a 40" hdtv in the living room and the picture quality of this is comparable. It's lightweight, space-saving and was easy to set-up. I highly recommend this hdtv.
